I might be mistaken, but somewhere in the middle of last Spring's insanity, Dean Huang started using the phrase "per intercampus agreement" to begin these emails. You can tell he likes this policy about as much as we do.

CMC gains much from being a part of the 5-C community, but the cost is often that our administration has to make nice with these nut jobs.

Sometimes, we strike a compromise. For example, all five colleges will once again cancel classes for Cesar Chavez Day, but this will be done on Friday, March 28, when most do not have classes. Cesar Chavez Day is actually on his birthday, the 31st, a Monday.
