I'm not sure why the administration is looking at opening up the Strategic Petroleum Reserve but refusing to answer questions about ANWR. There are millions of barrels in the SPR, but there are billions in ANWR. Wasn't an argument against ANWR drilling that that oil would be gobbled up immediately?
An aside: I'm not sure as to why Pomona College has had members of the administration come deliver its commencement address in recent years, but I find it oddly interesting. At least they are no longer concealing their support of the Obama administration. Good for them for being honest.
