Karthik Reddy, the erstwhile head of the Claremont Libertarians and current editor of Liberty's Last Stand, the new campus-based libertarian publication, has produced a fantastic inaugural issue. My favorite article is the one that Karthik wrote about course bidding and parking. It sounds eerily like some of the stuff I used to write for The Forum, and so I'm glad to see Karthik follow through with it and flesh out some of the details.
In recent times, The Claremont Independent, a publication for which I served as editor, has been sorely deficient in covering campus issues from a conservative perspective. The editor, who is a friend of mine, but hopelessly misguided on this point, has seem more fit to write on the preceeding decade than on policy moves for the school.
Fortunately a new publication has emerged that makes that policy stuff revelant as it ought to be on our campus.
