It is encouraging that the Dean at Pomona has sent out an email, although it almost obscures the point. I will highlight the important part of the email:
"I am appreciative that the CMC Dean of Students office is continuing to work with us on this case, and is now gathering additional information."
I'm glad that Pomona's administration has a new policy of not implementing bans lightly. I am confident that with the new information -- the accounts from Kyle and David as well as the video footage -- Pomona will rescind the ban. It's never easy to back-track and admit you are wrong, but the Pomona administration must do so.
In addition to rescinding the decision, they must send out a final email acknowledging that the new information exonerates the students in question and that the original email did not contain correct information.
Finally, they must do both before Spring Break. It would be a pathetic tactic to wait until after Spring Break, by which time I'm sure they think things will have blown over. I highly encourage all of our supporters to continue to send emails to the Pomona administration requesting a prompt reconsideration in light of the new evidence.

So after a rush to judgment, you are calling on Pomona to rush its next investigation in to whether to overturn things?
Rush (very funny, btw),
At this point, they will have actually conducted due process.
Even the U.S. Constitution says "fair and speedy" trial. Read it some day.
