What do we make of this? She still hasn't apologized to David and Kyle, as yet. Do we think she ever will? And what about Dean Marcelle Holmes? Will she turn back?

Do you kiss your mother with that mouth?
I believe that Dean Feldblum was within her rights to bar the students from Pomona's campus as the investigation was ongoing. If someone on Pomona's campus felt threatened or intimidated in what is supposed to be a collaborative environment, it is the Dean's responsibility to see that students are protected. I do not believe that the letter was "grumbly," but a professional and level-headed response to a situation that has already been sensationalized by bully blogs like this one. Feldblum took a proper look at the situation and rescinded the ban once all facts were brought to light.
Dean Holmes banned David and Kyle, not Dean Feldblum. In my opinion, Holmes never consulted anyone despite Feldblum's claim to the contrary. If she had consulted Feldblum, why wouldn't Feldblum sign the letter?
Anything short of an apology from both Holmes and Feldblum is inadequate. She wrongfully threatened to take legal action and misused her position as an associate dean on the wishes of a single group at Pomona without going through the proper procedure.
She flat out lied about the two students in question violating policy. It is improper to have Deans simply banning students they don't like or their pressure groups don't like.
The pro-abortion women shouldn't have had an awareness week if they didn't want to have people coming to it. Pomona is an academic institution and it should be dedicated towards promoting academic freedom and free speech, not political correctness and censorship.
Ironically, the behavior of the WU and PO justify David and Kyle bringing a video camera to the event.
Agreed with Anonymous 1. Substantiate "Grumbly," Charles.
You guys need to man up to your actions instead of writing unnecessary shit on Walker Wall.
I refer all snarks on this thread to CJ's earlier post regarding past "violations of safe space" in Claremont that have gone unpunished. The issue is not whether Kyle and David were disruptive (even though the video pretty clearly exonerates them). This issues are due process and inconsistent application of procedure.
Moral of the story for Vox, Planned Parenthood, and Po: You can't simply get rid of something you don't like !!
For what it's worth, I'd be surprised if the Walker Wall nonsense came from this incident. Something similar happened at the beginning of the year, and there wasn't anything directed at Dean Holmes. Probably just Pomona students with other issues.
